Delivery within Bulgaria
Delivery is free for all orders within Bulgaria. We ship by courier to an address or to a pickup office of your choice.
International delivery (European Union)
We ship to most European Union countries via Speedy courier. The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel, so you see the delivery price for your order before you pay.

The listed prices are standard customer delivery rates. For very large or oversized items, the courier may apply an additional handling fee. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatching the order.
Delivery time
- Bulgaria: typically 1–3 business days.
- International orders: typically 5–8 business days depending on the country.
Payment
- Bulgaria: card or cash on delivery.
- International orders: card payment online, in advance.
Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, you receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
